Our Mission
We believe great retail starts with great people.
Founded in 2011 and celebrating 15 years in 2026, STHLM Retail Staff was built to solve a real problem: premium brands entering or operating in the Nordic markets struggle to find reliable, polished retail staff who truly represent their identity.
We started in Stockholm and expanded into Finland, building a curated network of retail professionals across both local markets and travel retail — airports, cruise ships, and beyond — people who understand how to sell, represent, and engage.
Today we work with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands who need staffing that's seamless, fast, and genuinely brand-aligned.
